Put
on Your Game Face

To score your best, get into 'player mode'
You don't play golf swing, you play golf. When you get
to the course, forget about whatever swing key you just
learned and concentrate on score: Focus on hitting the
ball to a specific target on every swing. In addition,
prepare for the round (dress appropriately, get your
equipment ready, stretch, warm up with some swings and
putts). Don't just tell yourself you're "going to
play well today." Act like a champion -- and mean
it. As the philosopher Sun Tzu wrote in The Art of War,
most battles are won before they are ever fought.
