Practice Pointers

Teed ball builds confidence, prevents wear and tear

Do you hit fat shots, toe shots, slices or pulls? Do your arms and wrists hurt during or after a practice session? If any of this sounds like you, you can benefit from practicing with the ball teed. The aforementioned problems occur because your swing plane is too steep. Hitting balls off the tee will encourage a flatter swing plane.

Use a tee when you're making a swing change Hitting off a tee helps prevent a too-steep swing

Hitting off a tee also helps when your’re working on a swing change. It’s more forgiving, allowing you to focus on the actual swing adjustment.
